Almost seven months ago, we welcomed this beautiful girl into the world. Athena Marie is my third child but my only daughter. She brings a wonderful, new perfectly-pink dimension to our family and the love we share.
I planned on easing back to work when she was three months old and then four months and then days turned to weeks and weeks to months until I realized how quickly time was passing and I could easily “be on maternity leave” until she left for Kindergarten. I’m very grateful that most of being a photographer is spent in front of the computer where I can hold her or watch her play. Now I’m ready and excited to get back behind the camera and photograph lots of new faces.
