Oh, what fun! Athena turns ONE! So it was off to my photography studio near Pittsboro, North Carolina for her cake smash. All decked out in her pink birthday party hat and pink tutu, Athena loved being the center of attention. She was a little hesitant but ended up loving her little pink cake. Amazingly, she didn’t make a huge mess. She just daintily dipped her fingers in the frosting.
Her perfectly pink cake was made by Phoenix Bakery in Pittsboro, NC. If you’re in the area, stop in and try their beer bread or doughnuts. They are so delicious.
